CONCEPTING, INTERIOR & SPATIAL DESIGN

‘Scheduled grid’ is a concept developed from the trend forecast ‘future living’. It is a modular workspace with a touch of nature, designed for Gen X. The building consists of 3 spaces to create the perfect work-life balance. There is a workspace furnished with my self-designed "flexdesk" allowing you to rearrange the entire space yourself. A healthy lunch space where you can cook your own lunch, and an active space where you can play sports and games to get you physically active as well.

The building is made of sustainable materials like bamboo and moss. The walls are made from glass to get in as much daylight as possible. The interior is based on a grid system, what makes it infinitely customizable. It is a perfect material to let plants and flowers grow trough to bring nature inside, which has many health benefits. The used shapes are organic to contrast this structured material. This reflects the unpredictability of nature but also gives the structure needed for working life.
